Ginger or in Latin Zingiber officinale is a beautiful perennial plant from the family Zingiberaceae whose homeland is distant China. Until recently, it was not in mass use in our country, and even today it is used more as a spice than as a medicine in traditional medicine. The healing properties of the roots of this plant have been deeply respected by the ancient Chinese since ancient times. They used the root of this plant in their diet as a spice, as well as for making cakes, beer and other aromatic drinks. Ginger root is rich in plant fibers and essential oils, and also contains resin, starch, dingerol, zingerol and plant enzymes. Very good results are achieved with problems with the stomach, other digestive organs, nausea and improves the general condition of the body. Ginger is an excellent antioxidant, and it also has significant antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, sedative and antipyretic effects.
