How much patience does it take for a bee to transform that wealth of different medicinal nectar into a wonderful fragrant, sweet and healthy spoonful of meadow honey. This honey is rich in various nutrients that are characteristic of meadow plants – basil, white clover, dandelion, mint, fascia, but also sunflower, wild and oilseed rape, dead nettle, sage and many other very medicinal plants. Precisely because of the great wealth of these nutrients and medicinal substances, meadow honey is suitable for children, the sick and the elderly, although everyone else can enjoy the benefits of regular consumption of meadow honey.
Composition and dosage:
Naturally grown meadow (flower) honey.
It is best to consume one tablespoon of honey in the morning before a meal and one tablespoon in the evening after dinner. Athletes and people with health problems can take a double dose.
Beware of those allergic to pollen.
